What Should I wear?
We recommend swimwear, but you could wear anything from gym clothes to just a towel. Breathable material is best.
How It Works-The Cycle
1. Enter the pre-heated sauna for 10–15 minutes to sweat.
2. Rinse off in the outdoor shower next to the cold plunge.
3. Submerge yourself in the cold plunge for 1 -4 minutes. Remember to keep breathing.
4. Relax in our outdoor lounge area for 10-15 minutes.
5. Repeat the entire cycle for 3-4 cycles
What should you do in a sauna and throughout the sauna cycle?
Drink lots of water, relax, pray, socialize, laugh, stretch, breathe, heal, reflect, and connect with yourself, friends or family. We recommend leaving your electronics behind.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver within a 20 mile radius of Fletcher, NC. 2$ for each additional mile outside of the radius.
The sauna set up is 6 X 12" studio so as long has you have a flat 12ft space with no low lying lines, trees or obstructions we can set it up!
How is the sauna cleaned?
We clean the sauna and cold plunge between each rental. We use the best non-toxic products and process.
Food and Drink in the Sauna?
We ask that you do not take food or drinks in the hot room sauna.
How many people will the Sauna Fit
Our sauna seats 6-8 people comfortably. If you have more than 8, you can rotate your guests in to the sauna cycle: Each person should only stay in the sauna for 15-20 minutes at a time and move on to the cold plunge and rest. We recommend 3 cycles.
Cold Plunge REquirments
The cold plunge requires access to an outdoor water source/connection.
Please be aware that when we are packing up the sauna and cold plunge, the water from the plunge will be released where it sits (roughly 75 gallons).
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Mobile Sauna Rental: 2 weeks from the event: 50% cancellation fee, or re-schedule free of charge. 1 week from the event: non-refundable. Bookings within a two week time frame are subject to the policy. Cancellations 3 weeks in advance will receive a full refund.
