Get to Know Us
We are Jenna and Josh! We have been in the Asheville, NC area for almost 9 years. We both fell in love with sauna and cold plunging for different reasons. Josh is a professional dirt bike stunt performer and began incorporating the sauna cycle into his weekly routine for muscle and joint recovery. Jenna, an aerial silks instructor and business manager found the benefits of a biweekly routine to relieve tension, stress, and anxiety. We can't imagine life without it and want to share this incredible fun and healthy experience with Western North Carolina!
